Overview
Our return and refund policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
- The item should be in the same condition that you received it.
Certain types of products are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable items like feed supplements or nutritional products
- Personal care or hygiene items
- Hazardous materials or flammable goods
- Downloadable or digital products
Additional Non-Returnable Items

- Software downloads
- Health supplements that have been opened
To complete your return, we require a valid order ID or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

- Any item not in its original condition, or damaged not due to our error
- Any item returned after 14 days but within 30 days (subject to approval)

Late or Missing Refunds

- Contact your credit card provider — it may take time before the refund is posted.
- Contact your bank — there’s often a delay in processing.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
